Cancelation Policy

  1. Minimum Service Ticket:

    • Service calls canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency.
  3. Cancellation Fees:
    • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
      • If a customer cancels their service appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the minimum service ticket will apply.
    • More Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
      • If a customer cancels their appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no cancellation fee.
  4. Exceptions:
    • We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergencies, or unavoidable events), we will waive the cancellation fee. We appreciate open communication in such situations.
  5. Rescheduling:
    • You are welcome to reschedule on-site appointments without incurring any cancellation fees. We encourage flexibility and will work with you to find an alternative time.
  6. How to Cancel:
    • Customers can cancel their appointments by contacting our office during business hours or sending us an email at [email protected]. We appreciate your prompt communication.
  7. Refunds:
    • If a cancellation fee applies, we will deduct it from any prepaid amount or invoice. Refunds will be processed promptly.
