Cancelation Policy
- Minimum Service Ticket:
- Our minimum service ticket is our baseline charge without any travel for any service provided. It covers our time, expertise, and operational costs.

- Cancellation Window:
- Service calls canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
- If a customer cancels their service appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the minimum service ticket will apply.
- More Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
- If a customer cancels their appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no cancellation fee.
- Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
- Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergencies, or unavoidable events), we will waive the cancellation fee. We appreciate open communication in such situations.
- Rescheduling:
- You are welcome to reschedule on-site appointments without incurring any cancellation fees. We encourage flexibility and will work with you to find an alternative time.
- How to Cancel:

- Refunds:
- If a cancellation fee applies, we will deduct it from any prepaid amount or invoice. Refunds will be processed promptly.
