Upon verification, we will delete:

Your customer account

Login credentials

Saved contact information

Service history associated with your account

Data retention

Certain records may be retained only as required by law, including:

Invoices and billing records (retained for accounting and tax compliance)

Support records required for legal or regulatory purposes

All retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing or resale.

Timeframe

Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
