A: Carefully pack your laptop and ship it to our service center at the provided address. Please include the power cord and the filled-out questionnaire.

A: Along with your laptop and power cord, include the completed questionnaire with all the required information to help us diagnose and repair your laptop efficiently.
 
 
If the completed questionnaire is not included with your laptop, it may result in delays because the questionnaire provides essential information that our technicians need to diagnose and repair your device efficiently. Without it, we may need to contact you to gather this information, which can extend the repair time. To ensure a prompt service, please make sure to send the filled-out questionnaire along with your laptop.
 
 
Q: How long will the repair take?
 
A: The repair time can vary depending on the issue. Once we receive your laptop, we will assess the problem and provide you with an estimated turnaround time. Typically, the repair process for a cracked screen or other standard issues is completed within 10 days.
 
 
 
Q: Is my data safe during the repair process?

You will be updated through your preferred communication method at each key stage: upon receiving your laptop, after diagnosing the issue, when providing a quote for parts, and finally, with a tracking number once your laptop is serviced and dispatched.
