Your satisfaction is guaranteed when purchasing from Tek Guy on Demand. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return through our Returns portal, if eligible. Here are the key details:
1. Eligibility:
o Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
o They should be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories.
o Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days from the date you received the product.
o Products shipped outside the US through freight forwarders are not eligible for return, and the warranty is voided.
2. Final Sale:
o Closeout or discontinued products labeled as “Final Sale” on the product detail page are not eligible for return.
3. Options Under Our Returns & Exchange Policy:
o Refund to the original payment method.
o Exchange for an alternative product of equal value.
o Store Credit (Gift Card) for use on Tek Guy on Demand.
4. Refunds:
o Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 – 5 business days.
5. Exchanges:
o Approved exchange orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days.
6. Store Credit:
o A gift card for the full value of the returned item(s) will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.
