My plotter wouldn’t load the paper most of the time. I kept taking the paper out and putting it back in, hoping it would work. After weeks of trying, I called another company, and they wanted $1500 just to come and fix it. Then I called Techs on Demand. They showed me live how to remove the blue LED that detects the paper edge and clean it. Now my plotter works again! Thanks, Tek Guy!
