TGOS, Scout & Zoom LiveLink

When you enroll in TGOS, install TGOS Scout, or request Zoom LiveLink support, we may process the account, device, operating-system, printer, network, security, diagnostic, performance, meeting, and service information that you authorize and that is reasonably necessary to deliver support.

  • Purpose: device discovery, monitoring, troubleshooting, support meetings, service records, recommendations, warranty and repair administration.
  • Zoom: we may create or manage a private support meeting and associate its identifiers, status, and service context with your TGOS record. We do not record a session without notice and any consent required by law.
  • Control: you control what you display during video support and may end a session at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information.
  • Protection: credentials and integration secrets are restricted to authorized systems and personnel. We do not sell personal information.
