1) Eligibility

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Keep the original, undamaged packaging with manuals, documentation, registration & accessories.
  • Submit your return request within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • Orders shipped outside the U.S. via freight forwarders are not eligible; warranty is voided.

Closeout or discontinued products labeled “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.
