Xerox VersaLink C9000 Consumable Reset Guide
Quick technician walkthrough for accessing the Xerox C9000 service diagnostics menu
and resetting individual consumable counters after replacing OEM maintenance parts.
Enter Service Diagnostics Mode
Press and hold the Home Button
for approximately 5–10 seconds.
When prompted, enter the service password:
After entering diagnostics mode, select:
DC135 HFSI Counter
Locate Consumable Counters
Scroll downward to locate the consumable or maintenance item you replaced.
This menu contains individual reset counters for:
- IBT Unit
- IBT Cleaning Unit
- 2nd BTR Unit
- Developer Units
- Feed Rollers
- Tray Feed/Retard Assemblies
- Additional maintenance consumables
Reset Individual Consumables
Tap the checkbox beside the consumable you replaced,
then press the Reset button
in the upper-right corner.
Only reset counters for parts that were physically replaced.
Recommended for OEM Xerox consumables and maintenance kits only.
