Is there a charge to create our Customer Supply Vault?
No. Tek Guy On Demand does not charge a setup fee to create the vault. Product, shipping, tax, and optional service charges are shown as applicable when an order is placed.
Who qualifies for preferred Supply Vault pricing?
The program is designed for companies that maintain an active or recurring business relationship with Tek Guy On Demand. Pricing may reflect order volume, supported equipment, service history, and bundled purchasing.
Do employees need a login or password?
No. Your company receives a direct URL that can be bookmarked, shared internally, and opened without managing another username or password.
Can one vault support multiple offices or shipping locations?
Yes. We can configure location choices and organize approved equipment by office, department, or site when your operation has more than one destination.
What if we do not know the printer model or part number?
Send the manufacturer, model, serial tag, supply label, or a clear photo. A Tek Guy can identify the equipment and verify the correct item before it is added to your portal.
