Do I need a membership to ask for help?

New customers submit the request first, then create a free TGOS customer account and verify their email before signing in. The account is free; paid service is separate.

What if my device is not registered yet?

Send the request with the device details you know. After your free account is verified, choose “Not listed / Add another device” in Live Tek Guy. TGOS adds it to My Technology as part of the service request while keeping the customer and device records connected.

When do I choose a time and pay?

After submitting the new-customer request, create your free TGOS account and verify your email. Sign in to Live Tek Guy, review the service details, then pay securely if you choose the $39.99 live video diagnosis.
