7. One-on-One Video Zoom Sessions

We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible solutions. Our one-on-one video Zoom sessions are designed to ensure that we fully understand your needs and can offer the most effective support. Each session will conclude only when we are confident in our diagnosis of your issue. Following the session, please allow up to 24 hours to receive an email with detailed instructions to complete the repair.

Your satisfaction and success are our top priorities.

8. General Liability

To ensure protection for both parties, we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. Specifically:

  • Insurance Coverage: We are insured for up to $1 million per occurrence. This coverage provides financial protection and peace of mind in the unlikely event of any incidents or damages during the course of our services.

By maintaining this level of insurance, we aim to safeguard the interests of both our clients and our company.

9. Termination and Cancellation

To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we define the grounds for termination and outline our cancellation procedures:

  • Grounds for Termination:

    • Breach of Agreement: Any violation of the terms and conditions outlined in our formal written agreement.
    • Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments for services rendered.
      • Theft of Services: Any attempt to obtain services without payment will be reported to the State Police immediately.
  • Cancellation Procedures:

    • Formal Written Agreement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

    • Magisterial District Court 29-1-02: This court, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, has jurisdiction over disputes arising from our agreement.
